For the ones looking for a fun, safe and stress reliever activity, we can accommodate you. Whether one is older, injured or just want to have a lower impact practice are welcome at our Academy. We will find a way to modify your practice so that you still get a great work, learn BJJ and self-defense with out getting worked over every class. Our goal is to have you train in such a way that you could train everyday.
From the Warm-Up to the end you will be able to forget the daily obligations for an hour or so. Live in the moment and be ready for any kind of day. Whats cool about the RJJA is the continuous focus on solo drills such as the tiger routine, floor movements. This coupled with gentle partner drilling can make for a low impact workout. Rolling is optional and if one does wish to roll we can show you what a light flow roll is all about. You still get to work all the problem solving get that good work out you were looking for. There is now win or die in our academy. The atmosphere is respectful and cheerful. Students train in such a way that they can train every day.
